RETURN WINDOW

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Returns requested after 7 days from the delivery date are not eligible for refund or store credit.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return, merchandise must:

• Be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Have all original tags attached
• Be free of smoke, perfume, detergent, food odors, or other scents
• Be free of pet hair, lint, stains, makeup, or visible debris
• Include proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation

Items that do not meet these requirements may be rejected and returned to the customer.

REFUNDS

Regular-priced merchandise returned within the approved return window and meeting all eligibility requirements is eligible for a refund to the original form of payment.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to post the refund to your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Store credit never expires and may be redeemed online at hurricanemaui.com or at Hurricane Limited retail location.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at hurricanemaui@gmail.com

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

All returns must be initiated through email before merchandise is sent back.

Hurricane Limited does not refund any shipping or handling charges related to your return. We suggest you insure your package for the full value of the merchandise and return it using the delivery service of your choice with tracking.

IN-STORE PURCHASES

Regular-priced merchandise purchased in-store is eligible for store credit only when returned within 7 days of purchase with receipt or gift receipt and in original condition with tags attached.  Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.

Cash refunds are not available for in-store purchases.

Items originally purchased with cash will receive store credit.
